Just like in any home pantry, you’ll find an array of bottled goods on the shelves, from pickled garlic to fig and almond jam, onion marmalade and freshly baked breads and decadent pastries made by our in-house pâtissier Chef Rafieq.

The SPENS is open from early morning until late afternoon and Head Chef Kim Cox has curated a seasonal, casual menu, from classic French toast and health bowls for breakfast to salads and light starters at lunch, and wholesome country-style pies and delicious grab-to-go options.
