CHEF KIM HAS CREATED A CASUAL MENU WITH HEARTY BREAKFAST, SALADS AND LIGHT MEALS FOR LUNCH, AS WELL AS WHOLESOME COUNTRY-STYLE PIES AND OTHER DELICIOUS GRAB-TO-GO OPTIONS.
BOSJES SPENS, the Afrikaans for “pantry”, is situated in a planted forest and indigenous gardens, burrowed under a planted roof with a sprawling lawn in front offering lots of play areas for the little ones.
The shelves are stacked with an array of bottled goods like pickeld garlic, fig and almond jam, onion marmelade, freshly baked bread and pastries made by in-house pâtissier Chef Rafieq.
