CHEF KIM HAS CREATED A CASUAL MENU AT BOSJES SPENS WITH HEARTY BREAKFAST, SALADS AND LIGHT MEALS FOR LUNCH, AS WELL AS OTHER DELICIOUS GRAB-TO-GO OPTIONS.
SPENS, the Afrikaans for “pantry”, is situated in a planted forest and indigenous gardens, burrowed under a planted roof with a sprawling lawn in front offering lots of play areas for the little ones.
The shelves are stacked with an array of bottled goods like pickled chillies, fig and rosemary jam, onion marmalade, freshly baked bread and pastries.
